Getting There

Indian-Celina Lakes Recreation Area is located near Tell City Indiana. Take I-64 t0 (Exit 79). Proceed south on Indiana 37 about 2 miles to The Indian-Celina Lakes Recreation Area located on the right. Turn right into the park and take the next left to proceed to the North and South Slope campgrounds which will be located on the right.

Car Camping

Indian-Celina includes 63 individual sites divided into two loops. The North Slope camp area and the South Slope camp area. Each loop contains water, flush toilets, and hot showers. Each site can accommodate two tents. Only two vehicles and eight people are allowed per single site. The South Slope campground is open from 4-1 to 12-6. The North Slope campground is open year round. Each site has tent pads, fire rings and picnic tables. Camping is available on a first come basis.

Camping Fees

$10.00 dollars for a single and $16.00 for double. There is an extra $5.00 charge for sites with electricity. The parking fee per vehicle is $4.00. No fee is charged during the winter season November 31-April 15.

Trail Camping

Camping is allowed along the Two Lake Loop trail, but must be 300 ft from the trail. There are several nice sites around the lake and within the stands of pine trees.
